Tin Lok (M; ~5 yrs old when rescued; abandoned)

Tin Lok was subjected to long-term confinement and abuse by his owner, resulting in mental health issues and a record of biting. Even after improving significantly while staying at a dog training school, his mental problems persist, causing him to suddenly experience panic and exhibit aggression (commonly referred to as "triggering"). He requires long-term medication to calm his emotions.
